Arrival from 7:30 p.m.
The evening will begin with a delicious buffet dinner, followed by music and dancing. It will be a great opportunity to relax after the scientific programme, meet fellow participants in a more informal setting, and enjoy a memorable evening together.
The Gala Dinner is not included in the registration fee and requires separate registration via the online registration system.
For participants registered for the Networking/Gala Dinner, a dinner ticket will be included in the conference registration package.

Getting to Hungi Vigadó from Hunguest Hotel Szeged
On foot:
Hungi Vigadó is also within walking distance of the hotel. The walk takes approximately 10–15 minutes via the Belvárosi Bridge across the River Tisza.
By public transport:
From Hunguest Hotel Szeged, walk approximately 4 minutes to the Torontál tér (P+R) stop. Take trolleybus No. 5 or 6 towards the city centre and get off at Széchenyi tér.
From there, Hungi Vigadó (Stefánia 8.) is only a few minutes’ walk away. Total travel time: approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on waiting time.
